Sonic Violence I ; installation soundscape, 2004
The basis for this audio-loop are recordings of street noise, made over a six-month period and caused by the construction work during city renovations in the Staatsliedenbuurt neighbourhood of Amsterdam. The work is presented in relation to an installation that can be seen by the viewer from the outside as well as experienced from the inside of a child's room.
